Los resultados son tremendamente satisfactorios, incluso con la escases de datos para la construcci\u00f3n o validaci\u00f3n de este instrumento. Encontramos en este trabajo que el modelo de \u00e1rbol individual presenta una muy buena predicci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros de rodal y los servicios ecosist\u00e9micos analizados. Indicar que estas herramientas fueron construidas para los renovales de Raul\u00ed, Roble y Coihue, desde la regi\u00f3n de Bio-bio hasta la regi\u00f3n de los Lagos en Chile.
